What we decided to do differently
Say why, not just that
Most commerce software tells you a thing did not work. We try to tell you which setting caused it and where to go and change it. The payment-options message is the clearest example, and it started as an afternoon we lost to somebody else’s.
No app store
Discounts, upsells, forms, reports and abandoned-cart recovery are part of a plan. Not a marketplace of plugins that each break on their own schedule.
Spam protection on every plan
A store on its first day should be able to collect a lead. Gating that behind a paid captcha connection is a strange thing to do to somebody who has not sold anything yet.
Sensible Malaysian defaults
Ringgit, sixteen states, peninsular and East Malaysia zones, the couriers you already use, and the tax fields an e-invoice needs. Set up before you first sign in.
One stock number
Committed when an order is placed, returned when it is cancelled. Everywhere you sell reads the same figure.
Your data leaves easily
Products, orders and every report export to CSV, filtered exactly as you are looking at them. Software you cannot leave is not software you chose.
Support
Actual people, in your timezone
Weekdays, 9am to 6pm Malaysian time. If your shop is down or you cannot take orders, say so in the first line and it jumps the queue. Outside those hours, leave a message and we pick it up in the morning.
